| Description |
The paper proposes the results of theoretical and experimental research of the synchronous detector realized on an analog multiplier based on field-effect transistors. It is established that the upper limit of the dynamic range of its input signals is much higher than that of the analogs based on bipolar transistors. The level of combinational components in its output signal is much lower than that of analogs based on bipolar transistors. |
