The paper examines the impact of such the expression of state strength as the authorities, on the psychological characteristics of the people it represents. We consider situational displays of the influence of the government in different countries. It also shows different methods of legal and ethical constraints of the political elite. It describes the reasons for the lack of effective mechanisms of public control for the power implementation in Ukraine. |
