У цій роботі проаналізовано основні засади роботи організацій, призначених для пошуку й створення життєздатної бізнес-моделі, яка в покликана допомогти підприємцю розвинути його бізнес- проект в успішну компанію. Міні-підприємства, що отримали умовну назву старта, набувають все більшої популярності серед молодих підприємців як України, так і всього світу. Проаналізуємо підходи до створення такого стартапу в галузі інформаційних технологій. Розроблений нами ІТ-стартап грунтується на створенні комп’ютерної програми для формування та моніторингу сімейного бюджету – «Помічник сімейного бюджету» (“Family budget helper”). Програма розрахована на членів однієї родини і адаптується під певного користувача. У статті наведено цілі та стратегії розвитку, оцінювання його ризиків та сильних сторін (SWOT-аналіз) стартапу. Розраховано необхідні ресурси й можливості їхнього залучення із зовнішніх джерел, розроблено прототип ІТ-стартапу, подано особливості ІТ-стартапу, спрямованого на допомогу сім’ям саме у фінансовій сфері. This paper describes organizations that are dedicated to finding and creating a viable business model, which in the future should help an entrepreneur develop his product into a successful company – start-ups. These mini-enterprises are gaining popularity among young entrepreneurs both in Ukraine and around the world. So, we give an example of creating such a start-up in the field of information technology. Our IT start-up is a computer program, which generates and checks the family budget - the “Family budget helper”. The program is made for members of one family with the ability to change the user. In order to better understand the principles of the development and work of the "Family budget helper", the paper provides goals and strategies of development, evaluation of its risks and strengths (SWOT-analysis). In addition, the resources and the possibilities of their attraction from external sources are considered, a prototype of this IT start-up has been developed. The report on this IT start-up is aimed at people who are interested in cutting-edge innovative technologies and want to learn how to ease their everyday troubles with their help. |
