Georgia in the efficient use of natural resources can solve problems in the development of innovative activities, which makes it possible to introduce a new more efficient technology, the economy in all fields. Venture equity formation and development issues in Georgia are relevant for the solution of a number of problems, such as: The failure in the Georgian venture-industry capital - outside of the country's attractiveness for investors in one - a key factor; Low-level infrastructure, the scientific - technical in the field of fast growing technology of new and existing small and medium-sized enterprises and the development of software can be able to object attractive venture investment; Venture industry insufficient information to support the. Conceptually in Georgia to identify priority areas for necessary to take into consideration the competitiveness and quality of life. In this connection it is necessary to venture capital markets to support the creation of a system, which in turn provides the state and the creation of sectoral funds, which are priority areas in order to finance innovative projects venture organizations to certain guarantees. У сучасних умовах в бізнесі головне інноваційне середовище, поширення нових ідей. Державна інноваційна політика в основних галузях і підприємствах Грузії має бути спрямована на прискорену асиміляцію науково-технічних і технологічних досягнень світового рівня, відтворення природних ресурсів (мінеральних вод і так далі). Рішення проблем ефективного використання природних ресурсів в Грузії можливо шляхом розвитку інноваційної діяльності, яка дає можливість для впровадження нових, ефективніших технологій в усіх галузях економіки. На нашу думку для формування і розвитку венчурного інвестування необхідно вирішити ряд актуальних проблем таких, як: нестача вітчизняного капіталу у венчурній індустрії Грузії - один з основних чинників привабливості країни для іноземних інвесторів; нерозвиненість інфраструктури, за допомогою якої в науково-технічній сфері можна було б забезпечити розвиток тих, що швидко ростуть технологічно нових і вже існуючих малих і середніх підприємств, а також стати привабливим об’єктом для прямого (венчурного) інвестування; недостатня інформація підтримки венчурної індустрії. Для визначення концептуально пріоритетних напрямів в Грузії, повинна бити врахована конкурентоздатність і якість життя. У зв’язку з цим необхідно створити таку систему державної підтримки ринку венчурного капіталу, яка зі свого боку враховуватиме створення державних і галузевих фондів, з метою фінансування інноваційних проектів пріоритетних напрямків що дасть організаціям певні гарантії. |
