| Abstract | The article focuses on the main aspects of the functioning of the gastransport company within the framework of the triune concept of sustainable growth. The requirement of a process of balanced change of each of the components of the concept — economic, environmental and social, in accordance with the functional strategy of effective Proceedings of VIII International scientific conference “Achievements of world science” 25 development of each gas transport company — is proved. The authors state that the main indicator, which is currently associated with the notions of effective operation of the gas transport company, self-financing, the formation of own working capital in size, allowing to ensure the volume of sales at a significant level (and in the conditions of future market liberalization — at a level not lower than the competitors), — profit, will no longer be the ultimate goal of economic activity in general (only its economic component), and, respectively, the ideology of enterprise management, and will become a means of achieving the system of environmental and social goals. The application of economic expertise as an effective means of substantiation of the decision to implement a separate measure of environmental modernization of fixed assets at the gastransportation company is proposed. |
