Стаття присвячена проблемі створення гуманістичного образу профорієнтаційної діяльності педагогів і старшокласників в умовах профільної школи. Визначено відмінності між класичною, некласичною і постнекласичною раціональністю. Порушено методологічну проблему соціально-морального розвитку української молоді на засадах постнекласичного мислення. Розкрито соціально-моральну парадигму постнекласичного методологічного підходу до формування варіативної освіти в старшій школі. З'ясовано, що завдяки новітньому підходу до профорієнтаційної роботи в учнів виховуються моральні принципи і якості - гуманізм, соціальна свідомість, людяність та ін. Окреслено перспективу реалізації провідних соціально-педагогічних функцій за постнекласичного підходу - виховання в старшокласників соціально-професійних ідеалів, емоційного інтелекту тощо. Виявлено соціально зумовлені постнекласичні принципи профорієнтації - соціально- моральної поведінки, людиномірності, соціальної настанови, соціального партнерства та ін. Доведено необхідність виховання гуманізму, соціально-моральних цінностей учнів засобами постнекласичного профільного навчання. The article is devoted to the problem of the humanistic image of career guidance of the teachers and the senior pupils in terms of specialized schools. The differences between classical, neoclassical and postnonclassical rationality were figured out. The methodological problem of social and moral development of the Ukrainian youth on the basis of postnonclassical thinking is raised. The social and moral paradigm of the postnonclassical methodological approach to forming the variable education at the high school was considered. It was found out that due to the latest approach to vocational guidance, such moral principles and qualities as humanism, social consciousness, humanity and so on are developed. The prospects of implementing major social and educational functions of the postnonclassical approach, namely, high school education in social and professional ideals, emotional intelligence, etc were determined. The socially predetermined postnonclassical principles of career counseling that include social and moral behavior, humanity, social guidance, social partnership, etc. are discovered. The necessity of upbringing the social and moral values of students by means of postnonclassical specialised education is proved. |
