Стаття присвячена застосуванню навчально-методичної літератури в процесі підготовки педагогічних працівників до визначення прогнозного фону розвитку системи загальної середньої освіти. Означено види навчально-методичної літератури, що застосовуватимуться в процесі такої підготовки. Виділено й обґрунтовано теоретичні й методичні матеріали щодо визначення прогнозного фону розвитку системи загальної середньої освіти, котрі доцільно презентувати в цих літературних джерелах. Описано методику експертного опитування щодо визначення впливу чинників прогнозного фону на розвиток загальної середньої освіти. Наведено рекомендації щодо використання зазначеної методики, що необхідно відобразити в навчально-методичній літературі, котра застосовуватиметься як засіб підготовки педагогічних працівників до визначення прогнозного фону розвитку системи загальної середньої освіти.
The article is devoted to the use of educational-methodological literature in the process of training pedagogical workers to determine the forecast background of the development of the system of general secondary education. The types of educational and methodological literature that will be used in the process of such training are defined (textbook on the basis of educational and pedagogical forecast in the field of general secondary education, a manual for practical classes and individual work, a manual on forecasting of the development of the institution of general secondary education, a workbook on forecasting of the development of general secondary education; a self-learning manual on forecasting of the development of general secondary education for pedagogical workers (can be developed in electronic format). In the texts and out-of-text components of the mentioned educational and methodological books there should be reflected the main theoretical and methodological materials related to the theoretical and practical training of pedagogical workers to determine the forecast background of the development of general secondary education, which are text and non-textual materials that ensure the acquisition of theoretical knowledge by pedagogical workers (about the concept and structure of the forecast background of the development of general secondary education, the characteristics of the main groups of background factors (political and legal, scientific-technical, economic, socio-economic, demographic, socio-cultural, educational, sociopsychological, ecological), the methodology of an expert survey on determining the influence of the factors of the forecast background). As well as the educational materials that ensure the teachers’ acquisition of the necessary skills and abilities, the methodology of an expert survey on determining the influence of the factors of the forecast background. The recommendations on the use of this method are given, which must be reflected in the educational-methodological literature, which will be used as a means of training pedagogical workers to determine the forecast background of the system of general secondary education. Статья посвящена применению учебно-методической литературы в процессе подготовки педагогических работников к определению прогнозного фона развития системы общего среднего образования. Указаны виды учебно-методической литературы, которые будут применяться в процессе такой подготовки. Выделены и обоснованы теоретические и методические материалы по определению прогнозного фона развития системы общего среднего образования, которые целесообразно отобразить в этих литературных источниках. Описана методика экспертного опроса по определению влияния факторов прогнозного фона на развитие общего среднего образования. Представлены рекомендации по применению указанной методики, которые необходимо отобразить в учебно-методической литературе, используемой как средство подготовки педагогических работников к определению прогнозного фона развития системы общего среднего образования. |
