У статті розглядається проблема формування прогностичної компетентності сучасного вчителя. Метою статті є обгрунтування значення навчально-методичної літератури як засобу формування прогностичної компетентності сучасного вчителя. Задля реалізації цієї мети розв’язано декілька завдань дослідження, а саме: уточнено поняття «прогностична компетентність учителя», розкрито, обґрунтовано та детально описано компонентний склад цієї компетентності (її ціннісно-мотиваційний, когнітивний, операційно-діяльнісний компоненти та їхні складники), котрий відображуватиметься в навчальнометодичній літературі; визначено можливості сучасної навчально-методичної літератури (та її структурних компонентів і підкомпонентів) щодо формування прогностичної компетентності вчителя; визначено та обґрунтувано специфіку застосування навчально-методичної літератури в процесі формування прогностичної компетентності вчителя в умовах здобуття ним формальної, неформальної або інформальної освіти.
The article deals with the problem of formation of the forecasting competence of a modern teacher. The purpose of the article is to justify the value of educational and methodological literature as a means of forming the forecasting competence of a modern teacher. The results of the analysis of scientific literature on the research problem have made it possible to clarify the definition of the concept and to disclose the structure of the teacher`s forecasting competence, namely: value-motivational (values, motives, goals that prompt for forecasting activity, is its value-motivational core), cognitive (knowledge about theory and practice of prognostic activity in the system of general secondary education), operational-activity component (skills and abilities, practical experience of forecasting activity in the system of general secondary education). The elements of these components should be reflected in the structure of educational and methodical publications, which will become the means of forming the forecasting competence of a modern teacher. The study made it possible to determine the peculiarities of the use of educational and methodical literature in the process of formation of the teacher's forecasting competence in the conditions of obtaining a formal (rational distribution of educational materials, through which this competence will be formed, according to different academic disciplines, years of study, that is, different textbooks and manuals, the possibility of development a special course on educational-pedagogical forecasting (hence the corresponding textbook or manual): the leading role of educational literature; the need to create an appropriate literature for teachers), non-formal (appropriate combination of a textbook on the theory and practice of forecasting activity in the system of general secondary education with educational materials on educational- pedagogical forecasting in textbooks and manuals) or informal education (the need to develop a self-learning manual on the theory and practice of forecasting activity) Prospects for further research on this problem are related to the development of educational technology of formation of the forecasting competence of teachers; designing, publishing and distributing textbooks and manuals necessary for its realization. В статье рассматривается проблема формирования прогностической компетентности современного учителя. Целью статьи является обоснование учебно-методической литературы в качестве средства формирования прогностической компетентности современного учителя. Для реализации поставленной цели решено несколько задач исследования, а именно: уточнено понятие «прогностическая компетентность учителя», раскрыт, обоснован и детально описан компонентный состав этой компетентности (ее ценностно-мотивационный, когнитивный, операционально-деятельностный компоненты), который будет отображаться в учебно-методической литературе; определены возможности современной учебно-методической литературы (ее структурных компонентов и подкомпонентов) относительно формирования прогностической компетентности учителя; определена и обоснована специфика применения учебно-методической литературы в процессе формирования прогностической компетентности учителя в условиях получения им формального, неформального или информального образования. |
