Стаття присвячена аналізу результатів емпіричного дослідження професійно значущих якостей майбутніх менеджерів організацій в процесі здобуття ними професійної освіти, проведеного в 2017 році. У результаті дослідження нами визначено, що структура ПЗЯ майбутніх менеджерів організацій передбачає когнітивний, мотиваційний операційний, комунікативний та особистісний компоненти, кожний з яких має свої складові. Нами прослідковано залежність рівня розвитку кожного із зазначених компонентів професійно значущих якостей від курсу навчання. Особливості розвитку професійно значущих якостей було проаналізовано не лише в контексті здобуття освіти, але й з урахуванням таких допоміжних чинників, як: форма освіти, наявність /відсутність трудового стажу та керівного стажу, кількість років керівного стажу, стать, вік, національність, сімейний стан, регіон та місце проживання.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of empirical research of professionally significant qualities of future managers of organizations during the process of obtaining their professional education, conducted in 2017. As a result of our research, it has been determined that the structure of the FPI of future managers of organizations includes cognitive, motivational operational, communicative and personal components, each of which has its components. The structural dynamics of professionally significant qualities of future managers during the process of obtaining professional education was analyzed. This process can be divided into several key stages: initial (1 course), intermediate (2-3 courses) and final (4-5 courses). We have found the relation between the level of development of each of these components of professionally meaningful qualities and the course of study. The peculiarities of the development of professionally meaningful qualities were analyzed not only in the context of education but also considering such auxiliary factors as: the form of education, the presence / absence of seniority and seniority, the number of years of seniority, gender, age, nationality, region and place of residence. We also compared the development of professionally significant qualities of future managers of the organization with practical psychologists, and significant differences were identified. |
