В статті висвітлено реабілітацію осіб з тяжкими порушеннями слуху за допомогою кохлеарної імплантації. Автор розкриває його сутність, специфіку, окреслює важливість раннього втручання та кваліфікованої педагогічної допомоги. Автор показує систему комплексної реабілітації осіб з тяжкими порушеннями слуху в Німеччині, наводить історичні та статистичні дані, щорічні заходи з цієї проблеми, роль держави та організацій, які приймають участь і відіграють значну роль в соціалізації осіб з кохлеарними імплантами. Article tells about rehabilitation of people with a heavy hearing disorder by means of cochlear implantation. The author opens her essence, specifics, outlines possibility of early intervention and the qualified pedagogical help. The author shows system of complex rehabilitation of people with a deep hearing disorder in Germany, shows historical and statistical data, the annual actions connected with this problem, a role of the state and the organizations which take part and play an important role in socialization of people with cochlear implants. In Germany long ago understood that people with a hearing disorder by means of cochlear implants have an opportunity to develop, study, work and be socialized in society, that is to lead full-fledged life. In the country works rather wide, but accurately coordinate system of rendering necessary services, laws that regulate all process are adopted. At the expense of the adjusted system and lack of restrictions on age, the number of transmitters of cochlear implants very quickly grows. The common amount of transmitters of cochlear implants in a country for today makes more than 33 thousand persons. Among them about 20 percent have complex violations. All of them are maximally socialized in society. В статье освещено реабилитацию лиц с тяжелыми нарушениями слуха с помощью кохлеарной имплантации. Автор раскрывает его сущность, специфику, определяет важность раннего вмешательства и квалифицированной педагогической помощи. Автор показывает систему комплексной реабилитации лиц с тяжелыми нарушениями слуха в Германии, приводит исторические и статистические данные, ежегодные мероприятия по этой проблеме, роль государства и организаций, которые принимают участие и играют значительную роль в социализации лиц с кохлеарными имплантами. |
