Нова освітня реальність, зокрема цифровізація освіти й створення відкритого освітнього простору Нової української школи, вимагає модернізації змісту післядипломної педагогічної освіти і формування відповідного відкритого контенту, що передбачає ціннісне використання знань, розвиток ключових компетентностей сучасних фахівців, когнітивних здібностей і критичного розуму, їхню cоціальну інтеграцію і соціальну активність. Таке соціальне замовлення актуалізує необхідність підготовки фахівців, які відповідають викликам суспільства знань, здатних до безперервного інтелектуального, культурного і духовного розвитку впродовж життя шляхом формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти, орієнтовані на збереження, примноження й передачу гуманістичних суспільних цінностей. В умовах післядипломної педагогічної освіти розбудова гнучкої, випереджувальної системи професійного розвитку фахівців передбачає розроблення й упровадження в систему підвищення кваліфікації багатоваріантних, різнорівневих, диверсифікованих за профілем освітньо-професійних програм відповідно до соціально-педагогічних запитів і особистісно-професійних потреб фахівців, що забезпечують їм свободу вибору місця, термінів, змісту навчання за індивідуальною освітньою траєкторією; створення гнучкого, конкурентного освітнього середовища; модернізацію змісту, форм, методів, технологій навчання відповідно до темпів застарівання й оновлення інформації, можливостей та особливостей, компетентнісного досвіду тощо. З урахуванням інноваційних освітніх викликів, запитів замовників освітніх послуг і ключових стейкхолдерів науково-педагогічними працівниками кафедри філософії і освіти дорослих у межах науково-дослідної роботи «Професійний розвиток фахівців у системі освіти дорослих: історія, теорія, технології» розроблено освітньо-професійні програми (ОПП) підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних, науково-педагогічних працівників і керівників закладів освіти. Збірник ОПП складається із 2-х частин, що є взаємопов’язаними і взаємодоповнювальними в межах теми дослідження. У першій частині збірника вміщено ОПП для категорій слухачів, які проходять курси підвищення кваліфікації по кафедрі філософії і освіти дорослих ЦІППО, зокрема керівні, педагогічні та науково-педагогічні працівники закладів ППО; керівники, педагогічні працівники закладів позашкільної освіти; науково-педагогічні та педагогічні працівники університетів, академій, інститутів; керівні і педагогічні кадри коледжів, технікумів; працівники методичних служб. У другій частині збірника розроблено ОПП для тематичних курсів підвищення кваліфікації, зокрема «Методична діяльність в умовах децентралізації освіти», «Організація освітнього середовища в умовах реалізації Концепції «Нова українська школа», «Сучасні підходи в освіті дорослих», «Теоретичні і методичні аспекти розвитку фахової майстерності викладача», «Забезпечення якості освіти в контексті сучасних реформ», «Креативні практики в освіті та цифрові освітні тренди», «Арт-педагогіка в системі освіти дорослих». Для педагогічних, науково-педагогічних працівників, керівників закладів освіти, працівників методичних служб, а також усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями модернізації вітчизняної системи післядипломної педагогічної освіти. A new educational reality, in particular the digitalization of education and the creation of an open educational space of the New Ukrainian school, requires upgrading the content of postgraduate pedagogical education and the formation of relevant open content, provides for the value use of knowledge, the development of key competencies of modern specialists, cognitive abilities and critical mind, their Social integration and social activity. This social order actualizes the need to train specialists who meet the challenges of a knowledge society capable of continuous intellectual, cultural and spiritual development throughout life through formal, non-formal and informal education, focused on the preservation, enhancement and transfer of humanistic social values. Under the conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education, the development of a flexible, advanced professional development system of specialists provides for the development and implementation of multivariate, multilevel, educational and professional programs diversified by profile in accordance with the socio-pedagogical needs and the personal and professional needs of specialists ensuring their freedom of choice. places, terms, content of training on an individual educational trajectory and; creating a flexible, competitive educational environment; upgrading the content, forms, methods, technologies of training in accordance with the rate of obsolescence and updating of information, capabilities and features, competence experience, and the like. Taking into account innovative educational challenges, requests from customers of educational services and key stakeholders, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Philosophy and Adult Education in the framework of the research work “Professional development of specialists in the adult education system: history, theory, technology”, educational educational programs were developed (OPP ) professional development of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers and heads of educational institutions. The collection of the RPF consists of 2 parts, are interrelated and complementary in the framework of the research topic. In the first part of the collection, the RPE is placed for categories of students who undergo refresher courses in the department of philosophy and adult education at the Center for Advanced Studies, in particular, the leading, pedagogical, and scientific and pedagogical staff of the air defense institutions; heads, pedagogical workers of institutions of out-of-school education; scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical workers of universities, academies, institutes; leading and teaching staff of colleges, technical schools; employees of methodical services. In the second part of the compilation, EPPs were developed for thematic advanced training courses, including “Methodical activities in the context of decentralization of education”, “Organization of the educational environment in the context of the implementation of the Concept“ New Ukrainian School ”,“ Modern Approaches in Adult Education ”,“ Theoretical and Methodological aspects of the development of teacher’s professional skills ”,“ Ensuring the quality of education in the context of modern reforms ”,“ Creative educational practices and digital educational Renda "," Art pedagogy in the system of adult education. " For pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, heads of educational institutions, workers of methodical services, as well as anyone interested in the modernization of the national system of postgraduate pedagogical education. |
