У статті розглядаються особливості виховання сучасної молоді професійно-технічних навчальних закладів в умовах суспільних трансформацій. Визначено, що сучасні ціннісні орієнтації молодого покоління — це одна з найактуальніших проблем виховного процесу в системі освіти, зокрема професійно-технічної. Наслідком суспільних трансформацій стає світоглядна індиферентність, пасивність, втрата ідеалів, відчуженість і непорозуміння зі старшим поколінням. З’ясовано, що виховний процес потребує цілеспрямованості та єдності принципів на всіх рівнях освіти, які у професійно-технічному навчальному закладі залежать від особливостей контингенту учнів.
This article deals with the peculiarities of the youth education at vocational schools in the conditions of social transformations. Determined that modern preferences of values of the younger generation is one of the most actual problems in the educational system including the vocational one. Consequences of social transformations are indifference of views, passivity, loss of ideals, alienation and misunderstanding the older generation. It was found that the educational process requires attention and unity of principles at all levels of education. Principles of educational process depends on the characteristics of a contingent of students in a vocational school. |
