У статті розглядаються особливості формування культури управління в сучасному соціумі, що представляють собою важливу складову загальнолюдської культури, оскільки основою управління є людський фактор; будь-яка проблема організації – це проблема управління людськими ресурсами. Визначено особливості культури управління, які зумовлені нормами і принципами суспільної моралі, етики, естетики, права. Вони складаються з чотирьох тісно пов'язаних і взаємозалежних елементів: культури працівників управління, культури процесу управління, культури умов праці і культури документації. З’ясовано, що культура управління відіграє культурологічну функцію – нормативно-регулятивну, за допомогою якої відносини в колективі набувають більш гуманних рис. Виділено ціннісно-моральні основи, які закладені в базові принципи моделі управління
In the article the features of forming of culture are examined managements in modern society, that present by a soba important constituent of common to all mankind culture, as a government base is a human factor, any problem of organization is a problem of management human capitals. The features of culture are certain the managements, predefined by norms and principles of public moral, ethics, aesthetics, right. They consist of four closely associated and interdependent elements: cultures of workers of management, culture of process of management, culture of terms of labour and culture of documentation. It is found out, that a management culture plays a culturological function - regulative function by means of that relations in a collective acquire more humane lines.
