Description У статті розкрито інтеграцію як одну з тенденцій розвитку шкільної біологічної освіти; проблеми в її реалізації, що стосуються Державних стандартів освіти, інтегрованого курсу «Природознавство», змісту біологічної освіти в основній і старшій школі. Автор статті, опираючись на зарубіжний досвід, зазначає про необхідність інтеграції змісту, зокрема природничих наук, доцільність упровадження STEM-освіти в Україні.
Integration as one of the trends of the development of school biological education is disclosed in the article; problems in its implementation, concerning the State standards of education, the integrated course "Natural Science", the content of biological education in the primary and secondary schools. The author of the article, referring to foreign experience, notes the necessity of integrating the content, in particular the natural sciences, with the feasibility of introducing STEM-education in Ukraine.
