У статті здійснено аналіз сучасного становища вимушених переселенців з Криму та окупованих територій Донбасу у нормативному і буттєвому вимірі сукупності матеріальних і моральних факторів; запропоновано нове осмислення життєвої ситуації переселенців , зокрема щодо їх соціальної адаптації й інтеграції на основі біфуркації; актуалізовано становище “дітей війни проблеми і причини соціального відчуження, конфлікту соціальних очікувань переселенців і приймаючої громади, маргіналізації, поширення маніпулятивних технологій гібридної війни, розгортання соціального виховання на ціннісних смислах толерантності, громадянськості, захищеності, безпеки компетентності, духовного розвитку; наведено сучасну статистику та наукові підходи у розробці методики оцінювання міграційних процесів.
The problem of forced migrants in Ukraine as a phenomenon of bifurcation value meanings of real life and social education. In the article the analysis of the contemporary situation of the forcibly displaced persons from the occupied territories of Crimea and Donbass in regulatory and buttkvomu dimension,the totality of the material and moral factors; offered a new interpretation of the life situation of migrants, social adaptation and integration based on bifurcation; modified the situation of "children of war", problems and causes of social exclusion, conflict, social expectacions of migrants and their host communities marginalization, manipulative technologyof hybrid war, the direction a social education on the values meanings of tolerance, citizenship, security, safety, competence, spiritual development; are the current statistics and scientific approaches in the development of methods for the assessment of migratory processes. |
