Окреслено проблематику негативних психологічних наслідків у політико-правовій сфері, спричинених збройним протистоянням на Сході України. Констатовано значну поляризацію оцінок громадян щодо АТО, виокремлено теми, що мають найвищий конфліктогенний потенціал. Зафіксовано уявлення молоді про дієвість протестних форм громадянської активності як інструменту тиску на владу. Запропоновано перелік можливих напрямів дослідницьких пошуків і науково-прикладних розробок політико-правової проблематики, пов’язаної з воєнними діями. The article outlines a problem field for the study of negative psychological consequences in the political and legal sphere caused with armed confrontation in eastern Ukraine. It is shown of significant polarization of the evaluation of citizens' regarding ATO. The main topics that have the greatest conflict-potential are outlined. It is established that in the representations of young people protest forms of civic activity are an effective tool of pressure on power. The list of possible directions of scientific researches and applied developments in the field of political and legal sphere which are related to the military conflict in eastern Ukraine is proposed. |
