У статті авторами розкрито актуальність досліджуваної теми, що зумовлюється нагальною необхідністю сьогодення, пов’язаним із соціальними, громадянськими та політичними аспектами життя молодої людини. Розглянуто наукові підходи щодо вивчення правової активності особистості та її складових. Розроблено модель, виокремлено та обґрунтовано складові моделі правової активності студентської молоді: когнітивну, емоційну, поведінкову. Подано зміст структурних компонентів моделі правової активності студентської молоді.
In the article authors exposed actuality of the investigated theme that is stipulated by the nowadays necessary which is connected with social, civil and political aspects of young people` life. Scientific approaches are considered in relation to the study of legal activity of personality and her constituents. A model was worked out, the making legal activity`s model of student young people contents of: cognitive, emotional, behavioral. There was given structural components` maintenance of model for student young people` legal activity. It was proved that realization by the student youth of essence of legal personal activity assists effective adaptation to the changes and transformations of modern society. |
