Стаття присвячена аналізу та характеристиці викликів та перспектив розвитку освіти для дорослих в Україні з точки зору сталого розвитку. В умовах сьогодення освіта дорослих є одним з головних інструментів, який успішно відповідає викликам, які стоять перед Європою та нашою країною. Бажання забезпечити сталий розвиток нашої країни вимагає від нас здатності вирішувати проблеми та долати як загальні, так і локальні протиріччя, а також бачити перспективи. Нові можливості для обмінів, солідарної взаємодії демонструють розвиток різноманітних інноваційних технологій у всіх сферах життя. У той же час ми спостерігаємо зростання культурної та релігійної нетерпимості, військової агресії з боку Росії. Ці та інші проблеми та виклики змушують педагогів спрямувати зусилля на їх вирішення та подолання. Освіта дорослих є провідником нового суспільства з новою економікою, заснованою на знаннях. Вона прищеплює суспільству нові цінності, які включають: академічну свободу, самоврядування; організацію проектних груп на принципах самоорганізації; динамізм швидкого породження та розвиток нових знань та компетенцій; вміння концентрувати інтелектуальні та фінансові ресурси на ключових моментах зростання.
The article deals with the analysis and characterization challenges and prospects facing adult education in Ukraine in terms of sustainable development. In terms of today's adult education is one of the main tools successfully meet the challenges facing Europe and our country. The desire to ensure sustainable development of our country requires us the ability to solve problems and overcome the contradictions of both general and local, as well as see the prospects that open. New opportunities for exchanges, cooperation and solidarity interaction reveals the development of various innovative technologies in all areas of life. At the same time, we are witnessing the growth of cultural and religious intolerance, military aggression from Russia. These and other problems and challenges forcing teachers to direct their main efforts to solve and overcome. Adult education will be the driver of a new society with a new economy based on knowledge. Education will implement new values in society. These values include: academic freedom, self-government; organization of project teams on the principles of self-organization; dynamism rapid generation and development of new knowledge and competencies; ability to concentrate intellectual and financial resources on the key points of the growth. |
