Чи зміниться твоя роль, викладач, у випадку роботи в умовах дуальної освіти? І як? Що робитиме учень? І чи покращить дуальна освіта його/її навчання та якості? Як зацікавити роботодавця та долучити його до участі в підготовці кваліфікованих робітників? Чому викладач німецької мови важливий для навчального закладу в умовах запровадження дуальності в професійній освіті? Знайомі запитання? Чи знаєте ви відповіді? А, можливо, вас цікавлять інші нюанси сутності дуальної освіти та її перспектив в системі професійної освіти і навчання України? Ми будемо раді поділитися з вами нашими знаннями та напрацюваннями, поговорити та, можливо, пофантазувати на тему можливостей впровадження дуальної освіти в Україні для усіх зацікавлених сторін. Сподіваємось, що наш досвід і ваша цікавість, активність та креативність допоможуть створити ще один «портрет» дуальної освіти в Україні. Ми спробуємо залишити теорію за дверима та пірнути у світ практичного осмислення сутності дуальності освіти, її проявів, впливів, результатів, можливостей та перспектив. Давайте творити дуальну освіту в Україні разом! What kind of education can be called dual? Why? What do you know about dual education in Germany? And in Ukraine? Why does Ukraine need the elements of dual education in VET sector? And which ones? Will your role, the teacher, change in the case of working in dual education? And as? What will the student do? And will dual education improve his/her learning and quality? How to attract employers and engage them in the training of skilled workers? Why is a teacher of German language important for a VET school in the context of introducing duality in vocational education? Familiar question? Do you know the answer? Or maybe you are interested in other nuances of the essence of dual education and its perspectives in the system of vocational education and training of Ukraine? We will be glad to share with you our knowledge and experience, to talk and, possibly, to fancy about the possibilities of introduction of dual education in Ukraine for all interested parties. We hope that our experience and your curiosity, activity and creativity will help us to create another "portrait" of dual education in Ukraine. We will try to leave the theory behind the door and dive into the world of practical understanding of the essence of the duality of education, its manifestations, influences, outcomes, opportunities and perspectives.
