Об'єктивний аналіз проблем ринку праці в будь-якій країні - в Польщі чи Україні, вимагає багаторівневого підходу. Це визначається основою та глибиною терміну "ринок праці", що включає ключові ідеї з багатьох галузей наукового знання, таких як економіка, філософія, соціологія, педагогіка, психологія та робоча педагогіка, а також психологія. У статті висвітлено проблеми безробіття, освіти та підготовки кадрів, адаптованих до поточних потреб ринку.
Objective analysis of problems concerning labour market in any country - whether in Poland or in Ukraine needs multilevel approach. It is determined by the core and depth of the term “labour market”, which includes key ideas from many fields of scientific knowledge, such as economy, philosophy, sociology, pedagogy, psychology and work pedagogy as well as psychology. In the article there are elaborated issues of unemployment, education and preparation of personnel adjusted to current needs of market. |
