Навчальний курс «Компаративістика: якість функціонування освітніх систем. Параметри експертизи» передбачає ознайомлення магістрів із закономірностями світового освітнього процесу, набуття ними здатності до виокремлення загального, особливого й одиничного у розвитку освітніх систем, сприяє розвитку загальної та педагогічної культури магістрів. Головна увага під час вивчення дисципліни повинна надаватись аналізу позитивних й негативних наслідків зарубіжного освітянського досвіду, що дає можливість глибше осмислити власні проблеми, попередити помилки і прорахунки, підвищити ефективність діяльності вітчизняної системи освіти та використання світового досвіду.
