У навчальному посібнику відбиті найбільш ключові, на думку авторів, проблеми сфери вищої освіти, аналіз яких дозволить майбутнім викладачам поглибити знання з проблем вищої освіти як соціокультурного феномену і предмету міждисциплінарного дослідження. Проаналізовано тенденції розвитку вищої освіти у глобалізованому, інформатизованому суспільстві знань. Розглянуто напрями державної освітньої політики і модернізації вищої школи України у Європейському освітньому і науковому просторі. Охарактеризовано компоненти, види професійної діяльності викладача вищої школи, його професійні функції, успішність реалізації яких зумовлена сформованими компетентностями. Подано методичні вказівки щодо організації самостійної роботи з інформаційним і довідковим матеріалом посібника, виконання індивідуальних навчально-дослідницьких завдань. Даним навчальним посібником можуть користуватись здобувачі вищої освіти, педагогічні та науково-педагогічні працівники, менеджери освіти, слухачі закладів післядипломної освіти.
The textbook reflects the most important, in the authors' opinion, problems of the field of higher education, the analysis of which will enable future teachers to deepen knowledge of higher education as a socio-cultural phenomenon and subject of interdisciplinary research. The tendencies of the development of higher education in the globalized, informatized society of knowledge are analyzed. The directions of the state educational policy and modernization of the high school of Ukraine in the European educational and scientific space are considered. The components, types of professional activity of the teacher of higher education, his professional functions, the success of which is caused by the developed competencies, are characterized. Methodical instructions are given regarding the organization of independent work with the information and reference material of the manual, the implementation of individual educational and research tasks. This textbook can be used by applicants for higher education, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, managers of education, students of institutions of postgraduate education. |
