Описано суспільні проблеми підвищення ефективності освітнього процесу в закладах загальної середньої освіти. В освітньому середовищі територіальних громад можливе створення інноваційної освітньої системи проектного управління особистісним розвитком учнів. Окреслено сутнісний зміст, актуальність проектування особистісного розвитку учня в системі експериментально-дослідної діяльності в середовищі об’єднаних територіальних громад.
In this article, the author describes the problems of educational process efficiency improvement in the institutions of general secondary education of territorial communities when creating conditions for an innovative system for project management of students’ personal development, and emphasizes the relevance and topicality of the personal development of students in the system of experimental research activities in united territorial communities. The goal of education system is the comprehensive personal development of students at general secondary education institutions. It is stated in the new Law of Ukraine "On Education". To achieve this, a harmonious combination of humanistic pedagogy, high-quality medical care, psychological support and social support for students of general secondary education institutions should be ensured, provided that all participants in the educational process work cooperatively. Comprehensive personal development of each individual student is possible with established psychologically safe and environmentally friendly educational environment. Each child is regarded as a creative personality with an emphasis on giftedness. In modern conditions of our state, taking into account the tendencies of redistribution of powers between central, regional and local authorities, the expansion of rights and increasing responsibility of regions and educational institutions in shaping the strategy and tactics of education development, there is a need for pilot and experimental projects dealing with the topic "Project management of students’ personal development in the institutions of general secondary education of united territorial communities". Описаны общественные проблемы повышения эффективности образовательного процесса в учреждениях общего среднего образования. В образовательной среде территориальных общин возможно создание инновационной образовательной системы проектного управления личностным развитием учащихся. Определены сущностное содержание, актуальность проектирования личностного развития ученика в системе экспериментально- исследовательской деятельности в среде объединенных территориальных общин. |
