Входження України в європейський освітній простір зумовило неконтрольоване й некероване зростання трудової й освітньої міграції й перетворення людини на «економічне перекотиполе». Причини такої загрозливої ситуації полягають у тому, що не в усіх наших співвітчизників «у серці живе Батьківщина». Це становить загрозу національній безпеці нашої держави, оскільки втрата людського капіталу унеможливлює її прогресивний розвиток. Запобігти негативним наслідкам міграційних процесів можливо шляхом підвищення рівня громадянської свідомості українців. Цьому сприяє використання у виховному процесі сучасних закладів освіти кордоцентричного потенціалу Педагогіки Серця видатного українського педагога-гуманіста Василя Сухомлинського. Вхождение Украины в европейское образовательное пространство обусловило неконтролируемое и неуправляемое возрастание трудовой и образовательной миграции и превращение человека в «экономическое перекати-поле». Причины такой угрожающей ситуации состоят в том, что не у всех наших соотечественников «в сердце живет Родина». Это составляет угрозу национальной безопасности нашей стране, так как пореря человеческого капитала делает невозможным её прогрессивное развитие. Предотвратить негативные последствия миграционных процессов возможно путём повышения уровня гражданского сознания украинцев. Этому содействует использование в воспитательном процессе современных заведений образования кордоцентрического потенциала Педагогики Сердца выдающегося украинского педагога-гуманиста Василия Сухомлинского. The entry of Ukraine into the European educational sphere has led to uncontrolled and unmanaged growth of labor and educational migration. This has created a threat to the national security of our country, since the loss of human capital and the transformation of citizens into an «economic rollover» make it impossible for its progressive development. The reasons for this situation are not only economic factors, but also that not all our compatriots «live in the heart of the Motherland». Preventing the negative consequences of migration processes is possible by increasing the civic awareness of Ukrainians and creating healthy love for them in their homeland. This is facilitated by the use of modern educational institutions of the cordocentric potential of the Pedagogy of the Heart of the outstanding Ukrainian educator-humanist Vasyl Sukhomlynsky in the educational process. Cordocentrism of the educational system of an outstanding teacher is manifested in the idea of the Heart, devoted to children. The position of V. Sukhomlynsky's pedagogical system regarding the connection of emotional and aesthetic development and civic education of young people was reflected in the strategy of national-patriotic education of children and youth in 2016-2020, the main directions of which are civil-patriotic, military-patriotic and spiritual-moral upbringing. The strategy is aimed at raising youth's sense of pride for Ukraine, raising national dignity, awareness of the ownership of their fate with the fate of their people and the historical progress of their state, the formation of a civilian vision of the world in the youth. The ideas of V. Sukhomlynsky serve as a guide to the implementation of this important document in modern educational institutions. |
