У статті обґрунтовується необхідність оперативного реагування системи професійного навчання та освіти на структурні зміни в економіці і суспільстві, виявлено складові стратегії у сфері професійної підготовки майбутніх спеціалістів, узагальнений досвід розвинених країн у сфері забезпечення питань дослідження і прогнозування ринку праці та освіти. Показано, що соціально-економічні зміни, входження у міжнародний освітній простір, структурні зміни економіки, обумовлені розвитком науки, техніки і технологій, актуалізували перед кожною людиною, що готується вступити в трудове життя, проблему вибору професії, а в подальшому, можливо, і її зміни. Саме на вирішення цієї проблеми і повинна бути орієнтована система кар`єрного консультування в умовах ринкової економіки. З`ясовано, що сучасна учнівська молодь орієнтується на образ успішної людини, прагне підвищити свій соціальний статус і хоче мати затребувані ринком професійні компетенції. Відтак, набувають актуальності проблеми підвищення якості діагностики кар’єрних орієнтацій, формування готовності випускників системи професійної освіти до успішної професійної діяльності, забезпечення фахового консультування з вибору та реалізації учнівською молоддю професійної кар’єри.
The article grounds the need to manage the need for prompt response of the system of vocational training and education to structural changes in the economy and society, revealed the components of strategy in the field of professional training of future specialists, generalized experience of developed countries in the field of research and forecasting of the labor and education market. It was shown that socioeconomic changes, entry into the international educational space, structural changes in the economy, due to the development of science, technology and technology, actualized for each person preparing to enter into working life, the problem of choosing a profession, and in the future, perhaps, the changes of it. To solve this problem the system of career counseling in the market economy conditions should be oriented. It`s stated that modern student youth is oriented towards to image of a successful person, seeks to improve the social status and wants to have a market demanded professional competencies. Therefore, the problems of improving the quality of career guidance diagnosis, the formation of the readiness of graduates of the system of vocational education for successful professional activities, providing of professional counseling on the selection and implementation of a student's professional career are becoming actual. |
