У публікації схарактеризовано та проаналізовано інтерактивні методи консультування з професійної кар’єри учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів: ділову гру, case метод, вебінари, «карусель», професійні форуми, веб-квести, чат з професійного консультування тощо. Доведено, що застосування наведених вище методів консультування сприятимуть набуттю учнями професійного досвіду, програванню ролі майбутнього професіонала, стимулюванню спонукальних мотивів до оволодіння майбутньою спеціальністю, засвоєнню правил із професійної етики майбутньої професії, активізації знань, здобутих у процесі вивчення загальноосвітніх предметів та уроках зі спеціальних дисциплін та виробничою працею, програванню складних ситуацій майбутньої професії, пошуком шляхів їх розв’язання, відпрацюванню навичок роботи із правильного добору літератури (науково-технічної, навчальної, нормативної, технічної документацією, довідниками тощо), активізації розумової і пізнавальної діяльності засобами реалізації принципів наочності, творчого підходу, стимулюванню спонукальних мотивів до оволодіння майбутньою спеціальністю, формуванню активної життєвої позиції у навчанні та майбутній професії.
The publication describes and analyzes the interactive methods of vocational guidance counseling for students of vocational schools: business game, case method, webinar, "carousel", professional forums, web quests, chat on professional counseling, etc.It is proved that application of the above mentioned methods of counseling will help students gain professional experience, lose the role of the future professional, stimulate motivation to master the future specialty, learn the rules from the professional ethics of the future profession, increase the knowledge gained in the process of studying general subjects and lessons from special disciplines, and industrial labor to lose the complex situations of the future profession, to find ways to solve them, to work out the skills of work on the correct selection of literature (scientific, technical, educational, normative, technical documentation, reference books, etc.), activating the mental and cognitive activity by means of implementing the principles of visibility, creativity, stimulation motivating motives for mastering the future specialty, forming an active life position in learning and the future profession. |
