В статті пропонується підхід до суб’єктності як чинника саморозвитку, який визнається провідною діяльністю дорослої людини. Дослідження розвитку суб’єктної активності дорослих ґрунтується на матеріалі дистанційного навчально-розвивального курсу «Конфлікт? Ласкаво просимо! (Суб’єктність у вирішенні конфліктів)», розробленого в лабораторії сучасних інформаційних технологій навчання. Визначено основні завдання курсу. Доведено, що інтерактивний формат курсу у вигляді п'єси, в якій головний герой – Конфлікт - з прологом, зав'язкою, кульмінацією, розв'язкою та епілогом, завдяки інтернет технологіям,сприяє розвитку суб’єктної активності. Показано, як використовуються в курсі мультимедійні можливості віртуального простору, щоб зробити взаємодію між респондентами найбільш ефективною. Визначені суттєві психологічні умови ефективності дистанційного навчально-розвивального курсу для розвитку суб’єктної активності дорослих. In the article we are talking about the approach to subjectivness as a factor in self-development, the self-development is recognized as a leading activity of an adult. Studies of the development of subjectness activity are based on the distance learning course "Conflict? Welcome! (Subjectness in conflict resolution)», developed by the laboratory of modern information technologies of education. The main tasks of the course are noted. It is proved that the idea of the course in the form of a play in which the main character - the Conflict - with a prologue, a zany, a climax, a solution and an epilogue, thanks to Internet technologies leads to the subjectness activity development. It is shown how the multimedia capabilities of the virtual space are used in the course to make the interaction between respondents the most effective. The essential psychological conditions of the effectiveness of the distance learning developmental course for the development of subjectness activity of adults are determined. |
