The European choice of Ukraine necessitates the study, synthesis, critical reflection and creative application of European experience in educational reforms. The experience of Germany in this regard is of particular importance to Ukraine, as Germany has undergone a difficult way of developing an effective system for monitoring the quality of education, and through the articipation of Germany in international comparative studies of students’ educational achievement has significantly improved the uality of school education, especially after the “PISA-shock”.
Європейський вибір України вимагає вивчення, узагальнення, критичного переосмислення та творчого застосування європейського досвіду в галузі освітніх реформ. Досвід Німеччини в цьому відношенні є особливо важливим для України, оскільки Німеччина пройшла важкий шлях розробки ефективної системи моніторингу якості освіти, а завдяки участі Німеччини в міжнародних порівняльних дослідженнях освітніх досягнень учнів значно покращили якість шкільної освіти, особливо після бурхливої реакції суспільства, яка отримала назву "PISA-shock". |
