Розглянуто важливі теоретико-методичні аспекти оцінювання інноваційного розвитку загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. На основі аналізу наукової літератури, визначення суттєвих видових ознак уточнено поняття «інноваційний розвиток загальноосвітнього навчального закладу», «оцінювання інноваційного розвитку загальноосвітнього навчального закладу». Проаналізовано змістовий (структурно-функціональний) і процесуальний аспекти інноваційного розвитку загальноосвітнього навчального закладу, виділено найважливіші компоненти його системи, визначено основні функції вказаного розвитку. Окреслено сутнісні характеристики процесу інноваційного розвитку загальноосвітнього навчального закладу, які мають теоретичне й прикладне значення для його оцінювання.
In the article, the important theoretical and methodological aspects of the comprehensive educational institution innovative development are covered. On the basis of the analysis conducted on the scientific literature and the definition of the essential specific features, the concept innovative development of a comprehensive educational institution was specified; it is a process related to the qualitative interrelated innovative changes in all components of an educational system of a contemporary academic institution that is predetermined by the voluntary innovative educational activities of its teaching staff; these changes lead to the qualitatively new, innovative educational outcomes. The content (structural and functional) as well as the procedural aspects of a comprehensive educational institution innovative development were studied; the key components of its system were underscored; the principal function of the general development (informational and educative, educational and self educational, incentive and motivational, prognostic and forward, project, organizational and resource, methodological, evaluative and regulatory ones) were defined. The stages of the innovative development of a comprehensive educational institution were determined; they are the following: functioning, conceptualization and projecting, implementation, evaluation, adjustment, functioning (then, there is the repetition of the same cycle). The essential features of the innovative development process of a comprehensive educational institution which are significant for the evaluation theory and practice (determination, consistency, complexity, variability, dynamics and duration, progress (the aim to achieve the more optimal and the improved aspects), intensity (the focus on the achievement of the qualitatively new form and content of activity), initiative (the voluntary and the excessive nature of the pedagogical staff activity), experimental) were outlined. The concept evaluation of innovational development of general educational institution was specified; it is a process of ensuring a qualitative level and the quantitative indexes (general ones and the ones for each individual component) of the innovative development of a comprehensive educational institution which is provided a qualitative and quantitative, objective as well as specified evaluation. Рассматриваются важные теоретико-методические аспекты оценивания инновационного развития общеобразовательного учебного заведения. На основе анализа научной литературы, определения существенных видовых признаков уточнено понятие «инновационное развитие общеобразовательного учебного заведения». Проанализированы содержательный (структурно- функциональный) и процессуальный аспекты инновационного развития общеобразовательного учебного заведения. Выделены важнейшие компоненты его системы, определены основные функции указанного развития. Очерчены сущностные характеристики процесса инновационного развития общеобразовательного учебного заведения, значимые для теории и практики его оценивания. Уточнено понятие «оценивания инновационного развития общеобразовательного учебного заведения». |
