Монографію присвячено вивченню психологічних особливостей ставлення студентської молоді до грошей. Робота містить теоретичне обґрунтування, методичні засади та результати емпіричного дослідження із зазначеної проблеми. Проаналізовано сутність грошей та основні підходи до їх вивчення. Розкрито особливості ставлення особистості до грошей (як одного із видів економічного ставлення), проведено аналіз його структури та основних компонентів. Визначено психологічні особливості студентської молоді, роль формування у студентів ставлення до грошей як важливої складової економічної соціалізації, а також обґрунтовано чинники, які впливають на формування у студентів ставлення до грошей. Подано результати емпіричного дослідження психологічних особливостей ставлення студентів до грошей. Проаналізовано загальне ставлення студентів до грошей та оцінка ролі грошей у їх життєдіяльності. Визначено ставлення студентів до різних способів отримання грошей та до заробляння грошей. Висвітлено роль власної активності студентів та соціального середовища у формуванні їх ставлення до грошей. Розкрито роль вищих навчальних закладів у сприянні поєднання студентами навчання, роботи і заробляння грошей. Показано зв’язок ставлення студентської молоді до грошей з чинниками мезорівня та мікрорівня. Розроблено та апробовано тренінг «Психологічні особливості ставлення студентів до грошей». Монографія розрахована на керівників та працівників вищої школи, студентів, організаційних та економічних психологів, науковців, а також усіх, хто цікавиться психологічними проблемами формування ставлення особистості до грошей. The monograph is devoted to the study of psychological features of student youth attitude to money. The work contains the theoretical substantiation, methodological principles and the results of empirical study on the problem. The essence of money and the main approaches to its study are analyzed. The peculiarities of the person's attitude to money (as one of the types of economic attitudes) are revealed, the analysis of its structure and main components are carried out. The psychological features of student youth, the role of formation of students’ attitude to money as an important component of economic socialization, as well as factors influencing the formation of students' attitude to money are determined. The results of empirical research of psychological features of students’ attitude to money are presented. The general attitude of students to money and the assessment of the role of money in their life are analyzed. The attitudes of students to different ways of getting money and earning money are determined. The role of students' own activity and social environment in formation of their attitudes to money is highlighted. The role of higher educational establishments in promoting the combining of students' learning, work and making money is revealed. The relationship between the students’ attitude to money and the factors of meso and micro level is shown. The training "Psychological Features of Students' Attitudes to Money" is developed and tested. The monograph is intended for heads and employees of higher education, students, organizational and economic psychologists, scientists, as well as for all those who are interested in psychological problems of formation of a person's attitude to money. |
