У статті розкрито сучасні форми й особливості соціально-екологічного розвитку сільських територій та конкурентоспроможного агробізнесу. Проаналізовано механізми реалізації завдань активізації багатофункціонального розвитку територіальних утворень, визначено його ключові завдання та соціально-економічний ефект. Значну увагу приділено порівняльному аналізу моделей державно-приватного партнерства та публічного управління та оцінці їх ефективності. Висвітлено ключові пріоритети забезпечення зайнятості в Україні в сучасних умовах. Окреслено заходи з підвищення ефективності праці та вирішення проблеми зайнятості сільського населення.
The article highlights the main forms and features of the socioenvironmental development of rural areas and agribusiness competitive. The mechanisms of realization of the activation of the multifunctional development of territorial formations, its strategic goals and economic effect have been analyzed. Special attention is paid to the comparative analysis of of public-private models partnerships and public management and assessing their effectiveness. The key priorities for employment in Ukraine in the modern world are highlighted. The measures of improving the functioning of the agricultural labor in the context of solving the problems of rural employment are outlined. The innovation-investment approach in solving problems of overcoming the existing asymmetries and developmental imbalances is the implementation of the "Ancestral Estate" concept, which provides mechanisms for the sustainable development of territories and changes to inclusive nature in the country in terms of authority decentralization. The harmonization of relations between man and nature has outlined a strategic multifunctional management approach that allows optimizing energy flows between the economic, environmental, cultural, social, administrative, technical, and other domains of the population's life, which, through the prism of "natureand human-centrism", forms a system of development interests, where the main elements are the integrity of the individual and its spiritual and cultural growth, which allows obtaining a positive synergistic effect at the national level. |
