У статті на основі емпіричного дослідження показано наявність негативних психічних станів (ригідності, тривожності, агресії, фрустрованості) високого рівня вираженості у значної кількості персоналу освітніх організацій. Констатовано низку проблем у розвитку організаційної культури освітніх організацій (недостатній рівень розвитку культури «особистості»; недостатня вираженість сили організаційної культури та ін.). Встановлено наявність статистично значущих зв’язків (негативних та позитивних) між вираженістю негативних психічних станів персоналу освітніх організацій і типами організаційної культури («завдань», «особистості», «влади»), а також силою організаційної культури.
In the article on the basis of empirical research, the presence of negative ones is shown mental states (rigidity, anxiety, aggression, frustration) of a high level of severity in a significant number of staff of educational organizations. A number of developmental problems have been identified organizational culture of educational organizations (insufficient level of cultural development of "personality"; insufficient expressiveness of the power of organizational culture, etc.). The existence of statistically significant connections (negative and positive) between the severity of the negative mental states of the staff of educational organizations and types of organizational culture ("tasks", "personality", "power"), as well as the power of organizational culture. |
