У статті йдеться про законодавчі засади і наукові підходи розроблення Державного стандарту початкової освіти і типових освітніх програм для 1 – 2 класів. Матеріали створені на засадах закону «Про освіту» (положення про результати освіти), Концепції Нової української школи, ідеях діяльнісно-результативної освіти, дитиноцентризму, природовідповідності та ін. Обґрунтовано алгоритм проектування змісту початкової освіти: мета – прогнозування обов’язкових результатів цього рівня освіти у державному стандарті – прогнозування очікуваних результатів у типових освітніх програмах за циклами навчання (1 – 2 класи; 3 – 4 класи) – засоби їх досягнення (зміст, методи, середовище). Визначено роль формувального оцінювання у початковій школі; проблеми створення нового науково-методичного ресурсу для вчителів.
The article deals with the legislative framework and scientific approaches for the development of the State Standard of Elementary Education and typical educational programs for 1 - 2 classes. Materials are created on the principles of the law "On Education" (provisions on the results of education), the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, the ideas of activity-productive education, child-centeredness, environmental compatibility, etc. The algorithm of designing the contents of elementary education is grounded: the purpose is to predict the obligatory results of this level of education in the state standard - forecasting the expected results in typical educational programs according to the training cycles (1 - 2 classes, 3 - 4 classes) - means of their achievement (content, methods , environment) The role of molding evaluation in elementary school is determined; problems of creating a new scientific and methodological resource for teachers. |
