Стаття присвячена ідентифікації факторів розвитку вітчизняних підприємств та їх адаптивності до умов четвертої промислової революції. У статті визначені основні передумови формування інформаційного суспільства, що позначають появу глобальної інформаційної цивілізації та формування суспільства, заснованого на знаннях. Проаналізовано глобальні тенденції та перехідні процеси промислового виробництва в Україні до нових моделей організаційно-технологічного перетворення виробничих процесів за умов четвертої промислової революції. Розглянуто основні тенденції розвитку сучасної економіки, що сформовані мережевою взаємодією учасників процесу створення споживчої цінності, а також охарактеризовано ключові концептуальні ознаки четвертої промислової революції. Систематизовано фактори розвитку підприємств в умовах Industry 4.0. Отримані результати можуть бути використані суб’єктами господарювання, що планують впроваджувати діджитал-платформу.
The main purpose of this paper devoted to studying economic factors of industrial production and development in the framework of concept Industry 4.0. The article sets out the basic concepts of globalization and information society, that mark the emergence of the global information civilization and the formation of the society based on knowledge. The authors have analyzed global trends and industrial production transition practices in Ukraine to the new models of organizational and technological transformation of production processes. The article considers the main tendencies in the development of modern economy that are shaped by networked economy and implementation of the «fourth industrial revolution». The article analyzes and systematizes the existing material which covers various aspects of the key trend of enterprise within of Industry 4.0. The economic factors of the development of enterprises under the conditions of Industry 4.0 are systematized. It shows the essence of the paradigm shifts in economy, that respond to the trend to globalization and setting up the information society, especially to the impact of the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the results of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis, the most significant economic factors of industrial production development in Ukraine have been found out. The authors have noted increased productivity and profitability of production and the rise of collaboration effectiveness between the economic entities. Such factors as the need to develop a new type of intellectual value chain, production of individual and customized goods with reasonable prices and use of learning factories have specific meaning in the framework of this problem. However, in the context of the Ukraine industrial policy within of Industry 4.0, certain systemic economic factors that could have a negative impact on the development of priority sectors of industry have been identified. The results obtained can be used by business entities implementing the decoded platform. |
