| Description |
The models set for assessing the enterprise financial security level, analyzing and forecasting internal and external threats in the direction of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise production and economic processes and assessing the management decisions reliability is proposed. The task of determining the factors (threats) affecting the development, the establishing a monitoring system for security indicators, justification and defining their thresholds, developing and implementing policies aimed at countering the various forms of threats is solved. The paper proposes the complex dynamic assessment model of threats to enterprise financial security on the external and internal environment components which has an analytical and applied aspect. The algorithm for actuality and significance estimating of external and internal threats which affect the enterprise financial security level is implemented. The proposed toolkit allows identifying and predicting crisis situations and also forming the complex of preventive measures aimed at eliminating threats that will improve the management decisions quality in the area of strategic enterprise development programs.
В роботі пропонується комплекс моделей оцінки рівня фінансової безпеки підприємства, аналізу та прогнозування внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз в напрямі виявлення сильних і слабких сторін виробничо-господарських процесів діяльності підприємства та оцінці надійності прийнятих управлінських рішень. Вирішується задача визначення факторів (загроз), які впливають на динаміку функціонування, створення системи моніторингу індикаторів безпеки, обґрунтування та визначення їх порогових значень, розробки заходів протидії загрозам. В роботі пропонується модель комплексної динамічної оцінки загроз фінансовій безпеці підприємства за складовими зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що має аналітично-прикладний аспект. Реалізовано алгоритм оцінки актуальності та значущості факторів загроз зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що впливають на рівень фінансової безпеки підприємства. Запропонований інструментарій дозволяє виявити і прогнозувати кризові ситуації, а також формувати комплекс превентивних заходів, спрямованих на усунення загроз, що підвищить якість прийнятих рішень в області розробки стратегічних програм розвитку підприємства. |
