The state of international standardization of the programmatic-configured networks architecture of which is analysed, in a difference from traditional, dissociating of C-plane supposes from the plane of communication of data, and also the use of the special protocol for an exchange by managing information between two planes. Such the protocols was chosen Openflow, allowing to realize the absolutely new mechanism of treatment of the dynamic network loadings. Due to his application a network performance, and also effective control, rises above the streams of traffic.
