Запропоновано метод оцінювання властивостей знання-ємного бізнес-процесу на основі визначення відношень еквівалентності порядку та адитивності. Оцінювання властивостей об’єктів виконується у двох вимірах: просторовому та часовому. Запропонований метод реалізує системний підхід до оцінювання інформаційних об’єктів. Розглядаються не лише однорідні властивості об’єктів, а й відношення між різними властивостями, що створює можливість для оцінки довільних фрагментів процесу, пов’язаних з опрацюванням підмножин об’єктів. Сфера практичного застосування отриманих результатів пов’язана з побудовою та аналізом моделей процесів у парадигмі process mining. Method for estimation the properties of information objects of knowledge-intensive business processes is proposed. The technique is based on the determination of equivalence relations, order and additives. Evaluation of objects is performed in two dimensions: spatial and temporal. Evaluation of spatial dimensions is intended to set the order of the intensity of the information object properties. Evaluation of the time dimensions is intended for determining the duration of use of subsets of information objects. Homogeneous properties of objects, and the relationship between different properties are considered. This makes it possible to evaluate the fragments of a process which are associated with the processing of a priory defined subsets of objects, and to compare these fragments for different companies. As a result of this comparisonб one can determine the “problem” information objects, processing of which leads to additional costs. The practical application of the theoretical results is designed to support decision-making in the design and analysis of process models in the paradigm of the process mining. |
