На основі аналізу нормативних документів та функціонуючих інформаційних систем служби крові запропоновано модель інформаційного супроводу бізнес-процесів виробничої трансфузіології. Модель, з урахуванням декомпозиції, формалізує інформаційний супровід, визначаючи склад вимог для збору та обробки даних у визначених контрольних точках процесів. В моделі передбачено врахування важливості даних та ступеню автоматизації їх отримання Based on the analysis of normative documents and functioning information systems of the blood service, a model of information support of business processes of production transfusiology was proposed. The model, taking into account the decomposition, formalizes the information support, defining the composition of the requirements for data collection and processing in the established control points of the processes.
