У статті досліджено сутність європеїзації крізь призму поглядів європейських та українських науковців. Розкрито, що європеїзація позиціонується, як процес формування, поширення та інституціоналізації формальних та неформальних правил, процедур, парадигм політики, стилів, способів дії, спільних переконань і норм, які спершу були визначені та затверджені під час прийняття рішень в ЄС, а згодом інкорпоровані в логіку внутрішніх дискурсів, особливих рис, політичних структур та напрямів державної політики держав-членів. Доведено, що європеїзація справляє прямий та непрямий впливи на розвиток освіти в Україні, який проявляється у форматі гармонізації з країнами ЄС ключових показників, які визначають напрями та сутність розвитку освіти.
The article explores the essence of Europeanization through the prism of the views of European and Ukrainian scholars. It has been discovered that Europeanisation is positioned as a process of formulating, disseminating and institutionalizing formal and informal rules, procedures, policy paradigms, styles, modes of action, common beliefs and norms that were first identified and endorsed in decision-making in the EU, and subsequently incorporated into logic of internal discourses, special features, political structures and directions of the state policy of the member states. It has been proved that Europeanisation has a direct and indirect impact on the development of education in Ukraine, which manifests itself in the format of harmonization with the EU countries of key indicators that determine the directions and essence of educational development. |
