Annotation. The urgency of an education communication sphere research is deemed and the value concept of education phenomenon as an instrument of posttraumatic stress overcoming in the war conditions is analyzed in the article. The education is highlighted to be an axis of life (in the subjective aspect of this phenomenon considering) and an axis of existence (in the objective cross-section of a reflection and justification). Furthermore, the education creates a view on global world space, becomes a vector of its perception, understanding, and reflection. Life-affirming content of education process, the communication item connected with crucial issues, specialist and a person of high moral standards as a teacher are the effective tool embodiment of any stress, crisis, crucial period overcoming, and even, such hard state as a posttraumatic stress caused by the peculiarities of war conditions existence. The education, on the one hand, is a unique variant of self-education, and an original version of human space existence acquisition, on the other hand, it copes with self-education phenomenon understanding. The education is a value from its origins. A result of an education process depends on a valued content that is put into it, the ideas that are given and represented, the real process of communication in the education field, the represented issues, the dialog construction and “I-I”, “I-We”, “I-They” relations. A gripping, saturated communication environment, a professional teacher and a theme represented in details are the warranty of life-affirming result and harmony in interpersonal relations and self-knowledge space. The conceptual review of communication problems was based on the world and Ukrainian philosophic experience accentuated in the works of Aristotle, K. Apel, M. Bachtin, V. Bibler, F. Bolnov, M. Buber, A. Ermolenko, J. Habermas, V. Hosle, W. Jaeger, K. Jaspers, S. Leschev, A. Losev, Plato, P. Ricoeur, E. Rosenstock-Huessy, L. Sintichenko, H. Weyl, and etc. The communication problems study, communication components and intensification factors of communicative activity are perceived in the light of philosophy of education, the main aspects of which are presented in the works of I. Fomicheva, B. Gershunskij, S. Gessen, S. Khripko, I. Kultaeva, V. Lutaj, N. Markova, M. Nalivajko, V. Ognievjuk, O. Ogurtsov, M. Pischulin, B. Platonov, I. Predborskaja, S. Proleev, B. Rosin, B. Scherbakov, I. Stepanenko, and etc. The problematic aim of the article is a value accents complex research of communication component in education phenomenon which is a base of modern communication technologies construction and the main factors of communication process intensification revealing for the real reducing and overcoming of posttraumatic stress caused by the war conditions. The general aim of the paper is a wish to represent a value cross-section of education and philosophic reflection for the real problem realization of improvement, renewal and value respect, in particular Ukrainian ones.
