Нова програма Євросоюзу Opening up Education готується впровадити в Європейську освіту новітні досягнення цифрової освіти: загальнодоступні онлайн-курси, освітні портали, відкриті стандарти, а також цінності безперервного обміну досвідом між студентами, викладачами, освітніми установами та ІТ-бізнесом. Мета статті є – розкрити етичні аспекти відкритого середовища в професійній і фаховій передвищій освіті. Основні проблеми етики в сфері освітніх інформаційних технологій: інформаційна та комунікаційна приватність, етичність поведінки в Інтернеті, інтелектуальна власність, соціально-правові проблеми інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, професійна відповідальність. Кодекси стають основою для створення спеціальних курсів комп'ютерної етики, які призначені для формування та розвитку комп’ютерної етики в умовах відкритого середовища професійної та фахової передвищої освіти. Запропоновано три форми інтеграції питань етики та соціальних наслідків інформаційних технологій у програму підготовки студентів (учнів): введення окремих курсів комп'ютерної етики; включення модулів чи етичних питань комп'ютерної етики у всі курси де застосовуються інформаційні технології; комплексний підхід, що поєднує в собі два попередні та включення етичного аналізу як обов'язкової частини курсового чи дипломного проектування. The EU's new Opening up Education program is preparing to introduce the latest digital education achievements into the European education: public online courses, educational portals, open standards, and the value of continuous exchange of experience between students, teachers, educational institutions and IT business. The purpose of the article is to reveal the ethical aspects of the open environment in professional and professional education vocational education. The main problems of ethics in the field of educational information technologies: information and communication privacy, ethics of behavior on the Internet, intellectual property, social and legal problems of information and communication technologies, professional responsibility. Codes are the basis for creating special courses in computer ethics that are intended for the formation and development of computer ethics in an open environment for vocational and vocational education. Three forms of integration of questions of ethics and social consequences of information technologies into the program of training students (students) are proposed: introduction of separate courses of computer ethics; inclusion of modules or ethical issues of computer ethics in all courses where information technologies are used; a comprehensive approach that combines the two previous ones and the inclusion of ethical analysis as a compulsory part of course or diploma design. |
