Description The article analyzes the content of "competence", "information competence", "communicative competence", the interpretation of the concept is singled out "information and communication competence".  The attention is highlighted on the problem of forming information and communication skills among students as a key component  competences of personality.The purpose of the article is to find out ways of formation of information and communicative competence of students in conditions of college with economic direction.The methods of scientific research were: contextual analysis, student survey, pedagogical observation.The specified problem was analyzed by researches of scientists. The emphasis was paid to the formation of students' competencies which are defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Education", among them are: fluent knowledge of the state language; ability to communicate with your native (in case of difference from the state) and foreign languages.      In the process of analyse the problem was described the culture of communication by college students in social networks, among which are: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber and others. The content of the highlighted information was analyzed, its relevance, literacy and professional orientation. Also was characterized the students’ work in social networks and in the process of their Internet communication had been ditected a number of mistakes. There was described the introduction of training learning tasks for students on different themes, which they often describe in social networks. The attention was focused on the drafting of dialogues, as dialogues predominates in Internet communication. It was indicated that in the process of studying the Ukrainian language of professional orientation the attention should be paid to the features of dialogical communication with the usage of norms of speech etiquette and it was highlighted the introduction of express trainings. There was offered the system of tasks which will assist formation of information and communicative competence. The separate methodical guidelines have been elaborated and highlighted for the usage of the Internet by students.
У статті аналізується зміст понять «компетентність», «інформаційна компетентність», «комунікативна компетентність», виокремлено трактування поняття «інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність». Закцентовано увагу на проблемі формування у студентів інформаційно-комунікативної компетентності як складової ключових компетентностей особистості. Проаналізовано дослідження науковців із проблеми. Охарактеризовано роботу студентів у соціальних мережах, виявлено низку помилок у процесі їх Інтернет-спілкування. Запропоновано систему завдань, що сприятимуть формуванню інформаційно-комунікативної компетентності.
