In the context of representing the ideas of individualization of school education developed in Ukraine in the last third of the XX century and their implementation in the educational process, the poorly studied issue, namely, the Ukrainian psychologists’ contribution to the research of the ways and the means of teaching individualization that was conducted in the late 1980s – the first half of the 1990s was covered. The major areas of research in educational psychology, personality psychology that dealt with deepening learning individualization, that is, developing a system of differentiation of primary and secondary schools, the implementation of the applied psychology achievements, in particularly, the organization of psychological services in the school system, the study of the pupils’ creative potential, discovering and development of their talent as well as creative thinking were outlined. The analysis of the psychological and educational outcomes of the Ukrainian scholars proved the focus of the research on humanization of the educational process, the ways to ensure meeting the pupils’ individualized needs in the learning process that corresponded to the establishment of a personality oriented paradigm in the Ukrainian education. У контексті висвітлення уявлень про індивідуалізацію шкільної освіти в Україні, які розвивалися в останній третині ХХ століття, виявлено погано вивчений аспект внеску в кінці 80-х - початку 1990-х років. українських психологів до вивчення шляхів і засобів індивідуалізації шкільного навчання. Виявлено кілька напрямків у сфері педагогічної психології, дослідження психології особистості, пов'язані з поглибленням індивідуалізації навчання. До них відносяться: дослідження та пілотне тестування системи викладання диференціації в початковій та середній школах (пошук на основі використання методів тестування рівня здібностей дитини до освіти та відповідного придбання трьох груп дітей першого класу, які були розподілені по різні типи класів (класи вікової норми, підвищені класи індивідуальної уваги, класи прискореного розвитку), впровадження в середню школу життєвих досягнень практичної психології, зокрема організації психологічних послуг у школах; потенціал учнів, відкриття талантів і розвиток творчого мислення Показано, що передумови для зміни радянської освітньої парадигми «школа викладання» на особистісно-орієнтованій парадигмі були створені українськими психологами протягом 1970-1980-х років. Аналіз психолого-педагогічних робіт українських вчених показав напрямок їх досліджень з гуманізації навчального процесу, прагнення забезпечити реалізацію індивідуалізованих навчальних потреб учнів, що відповідає встановленню в українській освітній системі особистісно-орієнтованої парадигми. У цей же період розглядається підвищена увага уряду до проблем обдарованих дітей, дітей з особливими потребами, дітей, які отримали травми внаслідок Чорнобильської катастрофи. |
