Статтю присвячено аналізу чинників, що можуть загрожувати успішності соціального діалогу. Показано, що в умовах поляризації суспільства зростають дезінтеграційні ризики, провокуючи небезпеку напруженості і конфліктів, зниження ефективності соціальних інститутів й спричинюючи розпад механізмів соціального контролю і регулювання. Противагою цим загрозам є конструювання соціального діалогу як процесу вирішення спільно релевантних проблем. Однак ускладнення комунікативного простору, що є похідною від функціональної диференціації суспільства, вимагає врахування тих його особливостей, які вкорінені у дискурсивні відмінності реалізованих комунікативних складових. Показано, що вертикальне та горизонтальне розщеплення комунікативного простору соціальної проблеми породжує специфічні загрози неуспішності діалогу.
This article analyzes the factors that can disrupt the successful implementation of social dialogue. It is shown that under the conditions of the polarization of society would increase the risk of its disintegration, provoking tensions and conflicts, reducing the effectiveness of social institutions, causing the collapse of the mechanisms of social control and regulation. Counterbalance these threats is the effective design of social dialogue as a process of collaborative problem solving. However, complications of communicative space, which is derived from the functional differentiation of society, requires consideration of those features of communication that are rooted in differences of discursive communication components. It is shown the vertical and horizontal splitting of communicative space of social problems generate specific threats of dialogue failure. |
