В статті досліджено проблеми спорідненості бізнесу, етики та менеджменту; охарактеризовано основні риси етичних норм поведінки на українських підприємствах; проаналізовано підходи до опису систем цінностей і відповідно прийняття етично складних рішень, що можуть бути застосовані в практиці менеджменту, а саме: утилітаристський підхід, індивідуалістичний підхід, морально-правовий підхід та концепція справедливості. Наведено певні заходи щодо забезпечення етичної поведінки на підприємствах.
The article explores the problems of kinship of business, ethics and management; The main features of ethical norms of behavior at the Ukrainian enterprises are characterized; the approaches to the description of value systems and, accordingly, the adoption of ethically complex decisions that can be applied in management practice, namely: the utilitarian approach, the individualistic approach, the moral and legal approach and the concept of justice, are analyzed. Certain measures are taken to ensure ethical behavior in enterprises. Business ethics in a broad sense is a set of ethical principles and norms that should guide the activities of enterprises and their personnel in the field of management and entrepreneurship. It includes phenomena of different orders: an ethical assessment of both the internal and external policies of the enterprise as a whole; moral principles of the personnel of the enterprise, i.e. professional morale; the moral climate in the enterprise; norms of business etiquette - ritualized external standards of behavior. For the rational construction of personnel management and relationships in the organization, the HR manager should be able to resolve ethical dilemmas and choose the most effective and at the same time morally impeccable ways of behavior. To do this, you need to know the basic rules of behavior in a situation of moral choice, as well as to understand the intricacies of specific rules of conduct in typical production situations. |
