У статті розкрито сутність професійної підготовки фахівців економічної галузі. Наведено класифікацію документів, що фіксують зміст професійної підготовки фахівців економічної галузі. Проаналізовано освітній стандарт професійної підготовки фахівців економічної галузі в Республіці Польща за двома ступенями. Наведено перелік ключових компетенцій фахівця економічної галузі. Виявлено особливості психолого-педагогічної складової у змісті підготовки фахівців економічної галузі у вищих навчальних закладах України та Польщі. Розкрито принцип диверсифікації у формуванні змісту професійно-економічної підготовки фахівців у Республіці Польща. Представлено інформацію щодо наукових принципів відбору та структурування змісту освіти. Визначено спільне та відмінне у реалізації змісту професійної підготовки фахівців економічного спрямування у вищих навчальних закладах України та Польщі.
The article reveals the essence of professional training of specialists in the economic branch. The classification of documents that captures the content of professional training of specialists in the economic branch is given. The educational standard of professional training of specialists in the economic field in the Republic of Poland in two stages is analyzed. The list of key competences of a specialist in the field of economy is given. The peculiarities of the psychological and pedagogical component in the content of the training of specialists of the economic branch in higher educational establishments of Ukraine and Poland are revealed. The principle of diversification in the formation of the content of vocational and economic training of specialists in the Republic of Poland is revealed. Information on the scientific principles of selection and structuring of the content of education is presented. The common and excellent in the implementation of the content of professional training of specialists in the field of economics in higher educational establishments of Ukraine and Poland are determined. |
