У статті досліджено, що реалізація стратегічної мети, якою є розвиток безперервної освіти на теренах сучасної України, повинна базуватися на окремих пріоритетних діях, які супроводжуються європейськими стратегіями навчання впродовж життя, а саме: збільшення доступності до безперервної освіти; підвищення якості безперервної освіти; взаємодія та партнерство України з Польщею за для отримання та внесення досвіду Республіки Польща в освітню систему України; зростання інвестицій у людські ресурси; усвідомлення ролі й значення безперервної освіти.
The article studies that the realization of the strategic goal, which is the development of continuous education on the territories of modern Ukraine, should be based on separate priorities actions that are accompanied by European lifelong learning strategies, namely: increasing accessibility to lifelong learning; improving the quality of continuing education; interaction and partnership Ukraine and Poland for the purpose of obtaining and applying the experience of the Republic Poland in the educational system of Ukraine; increase in investment in human resource; Understanding the Role and Importance of Continuing Education. |
