Дисертацію присвячено вирішенню наукового завдання розроблення стратегії розвитку підприємств в ланцюгу створення складно-технічних систем. Розвинуто метод виявлення ключових детермінант розвитку ланцюгів створення складно-технічних систем. Ідентифіковано стратегічні альтернативи виробників у ланцюгах створення складно-технічних систем в залежності від їх стратегічної орієнтації в епоху глобальної інформатизації. На основі застосування методики SWOT-аналізу ідентифіковано ключові чинники розвитку ринку технічних засобів економічної безпеки юридичних та фізичних осіб України, а також проведено аналіз внутрішніх і зовнішніх логістичних процесів підприємств-виробників в ланцюгах створення складно-технічних систем. Обґрунтовано концепцію адаптування виробничого підприємства до умов функціонування в ланцюгу створення складно-технічних систем ринку технічних засобів економічної безпеки юридичних та фізичних осіб, якою передбачено формування інтеграційної стратегії на основі ідентифікації особливих пріоритетів та ключових чинників розвитку цих ланцюгів. Досліджено вплив інтеграційної стратегії ланцюга створення складно-технічних систем на бізнес-стратегію виробничого підприємства. Диссертацию посвящено решению научного задания разработки стратегии развития предприятий в цепи создания сложно-технических систем. Развит метод выявления ключевых детерминант развития цепей создания сложно-технических систем. Идентифицированы стратегические альтернативы производителей в цепях создания в зависимости от их стратегической ориентации в эпоху глобальной информатизации. На основе применения методики SWOT-анализа идентифицированы ключевые факторы развития рынка экономической безопасности юридических и физических лиц Украины, а также проведен анализ внутренних и внешних логистических процессов предприятий-производителей в цепочке создания сложно-технических систем. Обоснована концепция адаптирования производственного предприятия к условиям функционирования в цепи создания сложно-технических систем рынка безопасности, которой предвидено формирование интеграционной стратегии на основе идентификации особенных приоритетов и ключевых факторов развития этих цепей. Исследовано влияние интеграционной стратегии цепи создания сложно-технических систем на бизнес-стратегию производственного предприятия. The dissertation is devoted to solving the scientific issue of elaborating a strategy for the enterprises developmentin the chain of complex technical systems creation. In the first chapter «Theoretical and applied principles of industrial enterprises strategy formation in the chain of complex technical systems», the modern content of the concept of «technical systems» is investigated, the object composition of this category and its characteristic features are updated; key determinants of chains of complex technical systems development were revealed; the strategic alternatives of manufacturers in the chains of complex technical systems are identified, depending on their strategic orientation in the information-based era. Strategic alternatives identification of manufacturers in the chains of creating complex technical systems provides the basis for formalizing the strategic adaptation process of the manufacturing enterprise into the chain of complex technical systems, as well as the determination of strategic potential of the chain and its participants’ business strategies interdependence. In the second chapter «Analytical bases of manufacturing enterprise functioning of complex technical systems on the technical market of enterprises and individuals in the economic security sphere», analysis of the subject and product structure of the market of complex technical systems on the market of economic securityis generalized, inentifying two types of chains:short and full (integrated) as well as the significant differences in management system aspects and likely benefits and threats to their participants. On the basis of the application of SWOT analysis method, the key factors of the development market of the technical systemsin sphere of economic security were identified; internal and external logistic processes of manufacturers in the chains of creation of complex technical systems on the market of the technical systems in sphere of economic security are analyzed. During the study of technical market of enterprises and individuals in the sphere of economic security potential development, the key factors of the market development were identified and, on the basis of the isolation of spheres and the impact nature, they were divided into three groups – those presupposed by this market regulators’activity, the ones determined by the economic / social policy of the state, and the ones determined by market action. Consideration of these factors is essential during elaboration and implementation of the complex technical systems development strategy of the manufacturer in the chain of creation of such products. The result evaluation concept of production enterprises functioning in the chain of complex technical systems is proposed based on the dynamics of the indicators’ groups: business activity, efficiency of use and state of stock dynamics, efficiency and condition of use of fixed assets. The concept of evaluation was assessed on a number of enterprises, namely, the LLC «Electroprivart», JSC «SKB Electronmash», «Altosan» LLC. In the third chapter «Elaboration and realization of a manufacturer’s development strategy in the chain of creation of complex technical systems», the adaptationconcept of the manufacturers to the conditions of functioning in the chain of creation of complex technical systems on the market of the technical systems in sphere of economic security is substantiated, which provides for the integration strategyformation based on the identification of particular priorities and key factors in the development of chains of complex technical systems. The identification methodology of the manufacturers’motives in the supply chain integration of complex technical systems has been developed; the influence of chain integration strategy of creation of complex technical systems on the manufacturers business strategy is researched, the strategic adaptation processof the enterprises to the integration into the chain of complex technical systems is formalized on the example of the technical systems manufacturer, the actual innovative and spatial mechanisms for ensuring the implementation of the development strategy for producers of complex technical systems are analyzed. The proposed identification method of the motives of a production enterprise in the supply chain integration of complex technical systems is based on the strategic partnership effects analysis that may take place in the integrated chain of complex technical systems on the technical market of Ukraine’s enterprises and individuals in the sphere of economic security from the component manufacturers and ready products standpoint, and provides for the following actions. The first action is to construct a SWOT-analysis matrix of the potential of supply chain integration of complex technical systems. The second action involves comparing this matrix with the classical SWOT analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company itself, which intends to integrate with a structure of higher order. The third action involves evaluating the integration risks of a particular sample, which is appropriate for positioning each quadrant of the SWOT analysis matrix. It is suggested to select one of the progressive techniques methodology of the project approach IDEF3, based on the ‘parallel engineering’concept principles and project management as the practical tool for implementing the adaptationconcept of the manufacturers to the conditions of functioning in the chain of creation of complex technical systems on the market of the technical systems in sphere of economic security. Application of the project approach, firstly, will enable strategic coordination of conceptual guidelines for the development of both a chain and an individual enterprise, and secondly, in accordance with the specified strategic goals of a specific project, to form a production enterprise strategies portfolio, and thirdly, to set the future operational decisions key parameters within each of the enterprise functional strategies. The estimation of actual innovative and spatial mechanisms in the context of the fundamental elements resource provision of the production enterprise development strategy in the chain of complex technical systems is carried out and the expediency of using the technology known under the acronym SMAC is substantiated (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud). |
