У статті представлені методи і техніки щодо оптимізації та корекції психофізіологічного стану професіоналів, які впливають на забезпечення високого рівня професійного самоздійснення менеджерів комерційних організацій.
The paper presents methods and techniques for optimization and correction of the psycho-physiological state of professionals that influence the provision of a high level of professional self-realization of managers of commercial organizations. The emergence of extreme conditions and the long-term effects of stress factors in the professional activities of managers of commercial organizations leads to the development of stress, high levels of neuroticism, the state of psycho-emotional stress, anxiety, aggressiveness, conflict and manifestation of maladaptation managers of the organization. Psychophysiological support for professional self-management of managers requires the implementation of psycho-correction methods, taking into account the specifics of the professional activities of managers of a commercial organization. To provide the optimal level of professional self-management, psycho-diagnostic, psycho-correction and control methods must be implemented. For the psycho-physiological support of professional self-management of commercial organizations, we employ the following psychodiagnostic and psycho-correction methods: software management, due to planned control actions; operational management based on closed operational communications. The method of programmable management is based on physiological and hygienic and pharmacological means. The method of operational management includes psychological and psycho-physiological regulation. Thus, the use of psycho-correction procedures in order to form a positive emotional state among professionals includes: group discussions, individual psychological counseling, role games, autotraining, relaxation methods, etc. The methods of psycho-physiological regulation include - therapeutic massage, active physical activity, anti-stress relaxation. The above methods should be used in order to optimize and correct the psychophysiological state of professionals who help to overcome negative conditions in the process of professional activity and provide the formation of optimal psychophysiological state for professional self-realization of managers of commercial organizations. |
