Виявлено тенденцію залежності рольової комунікації членів новостворених груп від їх статусу, зокрема, відображення образу групи та особистісно-рольової взаємопредставленості. Встановлено залежність уявлень про групу в членів групи, що була нещодавно створена, від їх статусу та якісну відмінність образу групи в різностатусних молодих людей. Проаналізовано залежно від статусу уявлення про групу її членів; уявлення про власний рольовий репертуар та рольовий репертуар інших членів групи. Наведено результати дослідження рольових ідентифікацій студентів та їхньої взаємної особистісно-рольової взаємопредставленості. Встановлено, що особистісно-рольова представленість вища, більш диференційована та індивідуалізована в осіб з високим статусом. В осіб з середнім статусом вона здебільшого спрямована на підтримку внутрішньогрупового міжсуб’єктного поля взаємодії. Для членів групи з низьким статусом особистісно-рольова взаємопредставленість виявляється більш формалізованою і уніфікованою та зводиться до всезагальних соціальних ролей, втім ці особи, в тому числі відторгнуті, визнаються групою та займають певне місце у рольовій структурі групи, тобто є повноправними членами групи. Наведено результати дослідження комунікативних дистанцій, членів новостворених груп у груповій взаємодії, які вважаємо показником особистих і групових меж. Описано тенденціі до ідентифікації з лідером, та дистанціювання від аутсайдера на фоні авансованої ним близькості. The tendency of the role communication of the members of newly formed groups depending with their status, in particular, the representation of the group's image and personality-role interrepresentation, are detected. Dependence of representations about the group what was recently created, on the group members with their status and qualitative difference of the image of the group in different-status young people was established. Representation of the group of its members; representation of their own role-playing repertoire and the role repertoire of other group members was analyzed depending on their status. The results of research of role identification of students and their mutual personality-role interrepresentation are presented. It is established that personality-role representation is higher, more differentiated and individualized in persons with high status. In people with average status, it is mainly aimed at supporting intra-group inter-subjective interaction field. For members of a group with a low status, personality-role interrepresentation appears to be more formalized and unified and reduces to general social roles, however, these individuals, including those who are rejected, are recognized by the group and occupy a definite place in the role structure of the group, that is еestify, that they are full members of the group. Under the results of research of members of newly formed groups communicative distances in group interaction, which we consider an indicator of personal and group boundaries are presented. The tendency towards identification with the leader is described, and distancing from the outsider on the backdrop of his proximity is underlined |
